How do I know what size Currex Bike Pro insole to choose?

Use your cycling shoe size as a guide and reference our insole size in the product images. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size — you can always trim the insole for a custom fit.

How do I trim my Currex BikePro insole to fit my cycling shoe?

Trimming your Currex BikePro insoles is easy and ensures a snug fit inside your cycling shoes:

  1. Remove the original insole from your cycling shoe.
  2. Align it with your Currex insole, matching the heels flush together.
  3. Use the original insole as a cutting guide and trace the toe shape with a pencil.
  4. Trim the front edge of the Currex insole carefully with scissors. For reference, guide lines are printed on the underside of the insole to assist with cutting.
  5. Insert the trimmed Currex insole into your cycling shoe.
  6. Check for a smooth fit. Run your hand inside the shoe to make sure there are no wrinkles or bunching. If needed, trim slightly more from the toe area.

Pro Tip: Trim conservatively at first—you can always cut more, but you can’t uncut!
