This simple product made all the difference in the comfort, fit and function of my cycling shoes. They were so close, but the way the buckle aligned with my foot, I was fighting numbness in my right foot after about 30 minutes of riding. I was getting concerned because the numbness was taking longer and longer after riding to subside. This product eliminated it entirely.
Great solution for reducing volume where it is not needed in a Sidi Ergo 5 Mega. In this case volume was needed across the metatarsal heads due to bunions yet reduced the volume where it is not necessary.
