Description
G8 Metdomes metatarsal pads increase blood flow to the foot to alleviate toe/foot numbness and regulate foot temperature. The Metdomes™ fit under the 1st and 2nd metatarsal heads (ball of foot) gently lifting and spreading the bones to allow increased blood flow. (Yoga for your feet)
G8 Metdomes metatarsal pads are useful if:
- You experience toe or foot tingling or numbness during sport
- You experience temperature extremes in your feet. (hot or cold)
PLEASE NOTE – G8 METDOMES METATARSAL PADS WILL ONLY ATTACH TO A REASONABLY NEW PAIR OF G8 PERFORMANCE 2620 INSOLES OR IGNITES. THEY WILL NOT ADHERE TO AN OLDER PAIR WHERE THE TOP COVER IS TOO WORN.

They help with foot relieve but tricky to hit that sweet spot on the insole
Still getting used to these and finding the exact positioning. I like the concept but I think it’s gonna take a while to get results.
I’ve had issues with numbness and pain near the ball of my foot, mostly when I’m wearing my MTB shoes. I ended up getting two pairs of the G8 insoles, and the Metdomes weren’t necessary for my road shoes, but they seemed to have mostly helped to solve the problem in my MTB shoes. One thing that you should know is that they do add volume to your shoes, so if your shoes are already tight, then these are going to make matters worse. I ended up buying new shoes to accommodate these, and I just completed an endurance MTB race, where my feet have given me a lot of trouble in prior years, and my feet were OK all day with the G8’s and Metdomes.
