Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Fit Kit Systems.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The product was purchased in the last 30 days
2. The product isn’t used or damaged, or if damaged, is a manufacturing defect
3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Items marked as SALE are non returnable.

Free Returns for US Customers

On request and approval of your return we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to send the product back to us.  Packaging is your responsibility.

Non US Customers

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Fit Kit Systems.

In some case we may negotiate a partial payment toward your return shipping costs.  This will depend on the value of the product.

Damaged items

All products are guaranteed to be shipped out in excellent condition. If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately, and file a damage claim with the shipper.
